- I am the owner of two Cottman Transmission Service Center franchises in Missouri. Used to work in IT. I belong to more organizations than I can recall offhand. Some are: Rationalist society of St. Louis, St. Louis Camera Club, International Web Developers, West James Tennis Club, USTA, WTT, St. Louis Web Developers, Astronomy Society of Washington University, Boone Trail Corvette Club, Rotary Club, Mycological Society of Missouri, St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, Horseless Carriage Club, several SciFi book clubs, and a number of yahoo groups. I also volunteer for the Humane Society of Missouri. I have lived in the St. Louis West County area for about five years. My education includes degrees from the Universities of Texas and Oklahoma.
- Fields of interest
- As you can see from the description of myself, I have a variety of interests and pursue them all. When I'm not at work,the rest of my waking hours are spent surfing the web or reading physics and biology books. The origin of the universe and life fascinate me the most. I'm a fan of Feynmann, Sagan, Rees, Ferris, and most other science writers and educators. Wish I understood (visually) String Theory.
